Far too many cabin owners own a property and don't take the time to brand that property. This is a big mistake. You want your cabin to have name and a soul. People will remember that property by its name and rebook it if its nice. They'll also share photos and # tag that photo. Who knows - that property make go viral. Here is a list of names we've found. This cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a gorgeous deck and views. The Master Bedroom has a King-Size bed and private deck access, along with a new, large, flat screen TV. A modern, well equipped kitchen has all new appliances. Idyllbrook also has forced hot and air conditioning, as well as hi-speed internet for your convenience. The cabin setting is private and peaceful, but easy access in winter. Cozy up on the new sofa sleeper in front of the rock fireplace, or BBQ on the deck out back. Enjoy a quick walk down to the creek and have a picnic Relax to a move in bed, or in front of the fire place at night. Your pet will enjoy the large, private fenced yard. Idyllbrook offers elegance with a mountain cabin feel. Experience the best Idyllwild has to offer at the Idyllbrook. Its just a quick walk to Idyllwild Town Center. In late July, a fire, which became known as the Cranston Fire, broke out lower on the mountain along side State Highway 74. As the fire quickly spread up the mountain, authorities ordered an evacuation of over 4,000 homes in Idyllwild, Pine-Cove, Lake Hemet area and Mountain Center Community. Additionally, State Hwy 74 was also shut down. We moved our operation offsite and began calling vacationers to cancel their reservations until the fire was no longer a risk and was under control. We did what any responsible company would do and refunded vacationers the funds that they had already put out. Of course, this is a major financial lost for us and the cabin owners, but it had to be done. Luckily, the fire fighters got the Cranston Fire under control and Idyllwild and Pine Cove were saved and virtually untouched. Much of this had to do with the quick action of our First Responders and our Fire Fighters. Additionally, Fire Authorities avoiding what could have been a major disaster by warning home owners to clear dry brush around their properties and the removal of thousands of dead and dying trees in previous years. Those efforts saved Idyllwild and Pine Cove. In the following weeks, as Idyllwild began to normalize, we started hearing about vacationers who did not get their vacation funds returned, with some vacation rental firms saying that they were not responsible for "Acts of God". While those firms profited from their action, the backlash was swift, when a rash of poor reviews popping up online that last for years. We were really surprised that any company would treat their customers in such a manner. We at Idyllwild Vacation Cabins firmly believe that if you take care of our vacationers, everyone benefits in the long run. We know that those vacationers will return, year after year.
