Surrounded by multi-level, expansive decks and a zenfully calming babbling brook, the first floor of Little Rock features wide-plank white oak floors, a wood-burning fireplace, a fully updated kitchen complete with quartz counters, a farmhouse fireclay sink and brand new appliances, as well as a full, updated bathroom which offers heated floors. Cozy up with a book from the mini-library, or play your favorite records on the Crosley over a large selection of games. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen-sized Four Seasons mattress, fireplace, television and full bath with a washer and dryer, as well as a private patio. The guest bedroom also includes a queen-sized Four Seasons mattress and private patio.
