My cabin owners and I are partners on the hill. Together we keep the cabins looking great. Cabin owners want to share their beautiful cabins with you, the vacationer. I want to provide you with the best cabins at the best prices and the best customer service possible, so that you will return for many years to come.
All cabin renters and vacationers want a clean, well-maintained cabin in Idyllwild, but don’t want to pay a fortune for a weekend stay.
Idyllwild Vacation Cabins is a small company. We have maintenance personnel, housekeepers,  24 hour reservations and an office manager who works from our office in the center of Idyllwild.
Cabin rentals are serious fun and it’s my job to help find the perfect cabin for your stay.  I have great cabin owners that work with me to keep the cabins in good working order. Idyllwild Vacation Cabins works hard for both the cabin owners and the cabin renters.

Policies

Booking Policy -Most bookings require a two night minimum. Some exceptions are made. Holidays are usually 3-5 day minimum. A Non-Refundable Booking Fee  $75.00 to $150.00 This Fee is charged on all reservations and applied to the total balance due. The cabins are privately owned and can only accommodate a maximum number of people. If a cabin states a maximum of 16 guest, please respect these numbers. The cabin owners have set these limits based on the beds, water usage and septic systems.

TOT TAX is a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax required by the County of Riverside and is charged on all rentals.

Check-in time- is flexible. There is no additional charge for early check in if the cabin is ready you may check in at 10:30 am. If there is a back to back bookings, check-in is at 2 pm. and checkout is 10:30 am . You may stay until 2:00 if we do not have a booking backed up to yours. (Thanksgiving Holiday is a 4 night minimum, Christmas Holiday is a 4 night minimum and New Years is a three night minimum).

Security deposits of  $500.00 are charged on all rentals. Security deposits to be refunded after cabin is inspected, cleaned and linens inventoried. $500.00  minimum for 28 day rentals.

Keys-pick up keys at the office. We are located at:
 54380 N. Circle Dr. Unit C. There will be directions to your cabin and other information needed when checking in. Even if you check-in is after hours.

 Cancellations– We require a 14 day Notice of Cancellation on regular bookings and 45 days on all Holiday reservations to avoid any balance due charges. The Booking Fee is Non-Refundable. After the 15th day prior to check in (45 days on Holidays), you will be liable for 100% of the cabin charge. If we re-rent the cabin you booked and cancelled; you will be refunded the number of nights we were able to re rent the cabin for.

Payments–The Non-Refundable Booking Fee will be charged when your reservation is made and applied to the total amount due. Payment in full must be received 14 days (45 for holidays) prior to your arrival date. If you are using a credit card we will charge it at that time. If you wish to pay by personal check it must be received in our office before payment is due.

During winter, bring tire chains and snow shovel. If needed we will plow the road and driveway to the cabin. Any requested plowing will be at the cost of the tenant. During wintertime some cabins can be inaccessible to some vehicles. We cannot be responsible for icy or snowy conditions on driveways or steps. Remember: you are coming to the mountains …

Trash - Upon departure please either take your trash to the dump located at 28100 Saunders Meadow Road the dump's at hours: 8:30 to 4:30, Closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and holidays; or bring trash to our office when dropping off your cabin key.

Linens and extras– Sheets and towels are included and beds are made prior to your arrival. We also supply one new roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, one large trash bag, kitchen bags, soft soap, dish soap and a clean sponge for every cabin stay.

Firewood - Fire wood is not included at the advertised price of your cabin. You can purchase wood if you call before your stay. DO NOT REMOVE THE ASHES FROM THE FIREPLACE...WE WILL CLEAN IT!  Even if it’s in the middle of your booking. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE.

All Cabins Are Non Smoking..a minimun of $250.00 will be charged if you smoke in the cabin. Some cabins do not allow pets. Please ask. The cabins that allow pets will include a $25.00 pet fee. If there are any questions or you need assistance please call: 951-659-5444

All cabins are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival  .In the mountains some cobwebs and pine needles are normal, please be prepared to encounter these inconveniences. The lights and heat will be on when you arrive for your convenience.

On departure- leave the cabin as you found it to avoid additional charges or loss of your security deposit. Please turn the heat to low and turn the lights off and lock windows and doors. Please return the keys to office of Idyllwild Vacation Cabins, if we are not available leave the keys in the drop box next to the office door.
